No shared passwords, ever

Every person has their own login. System credentials live in a managed vault with two‑factor security built in.

Nothing lives on a laptop

Automation runs in Anthropic's cloud. Photos live in OneDrive. If any single computer disappears, nothing breaks.

Clean handoff, any time

If the engagement ever ends, Krate hands over the vault, removes its admin seat, and Live Oak keeps a fully working system.

Setup Order

The build sequence from here. Items check off as credentials and photos arrive.

1. Create the service identity (admin@ai.liveoakcustomhomes.com) in Google Workspace. Done.
2. Stand up the Claude Team workspace on Live Oak's billing and invite all five seats.
3. Connect the systems: OneDrive library, Meta Business Suite, Higgsfield, and the marketing hub.
4. Install the Live Oak skills library and shared projects into the workspace.
5. Set up the content studio and walk Lynna through the approval flow.
6. Turn on the scheduled routines and run the first supervised content week.
