Admin

Each person signs in with their own email and password, from any computer, phone, or tablet. There is no shared login and no "main computer."

02The Shared Brain

Claude Team Workspace

One workspace owned by Live Oak. Everything below is installed once and instantly available to all five seats.
Shared Projects
Brand voice, home specs, Oso Vista, process docs. Everyone works from the same knowledge.
Skills Library
Custom tools built for Live Oak. Added once by Krate, they appear for everyone automatically.
Content Studio
A guided space where the social team drafts, reviews, and approves every post before it goes out.
Admin Controls
Seats, permissions, and usage managed centrally by Krate on Live Oak's behalf.

The workspace connects downward through one dedicated identity that Live Oak owns.

03The Service Identity & Automation

Service Identity

ai@liveoakcustomhomes.com

A dedicated Google Workspace account on your domain that owns every connected account below. Not a person. All passwords and security codes live in a managed vault that belongs to Live Oak.

Scheduled Routines

Runs in Anthropic's cloud

The content engine's recurring jobs (drafting, batching, prep work) run on Anthropic's servers on a schedule. Nothing depends on any laptop being on.

The service identity plugs the workspace into your real‑world channels.

04Connected Systems
OneDrive Library
Central home for photos and video. The engine's raw material.
Higgsfield Studio
Visual generation. Turns your real photos into polished imagery and video.
Facebook & Instagram
Meta Business Suite, linked pages, your existing audience kept intact.
Marketing & CRM Hub
Krate‑managed platform that schedules posts and captures every lead.
liveoakcustomhomes.com
The new website. Where the content and the leads ultimately point.

The System Mind Map

Every connection on one view, radiating from the Core. The maroon dots mark where the system's memory actually lives.

Where the memory lives
Business knowledge lives in Shared Projects. Customer and lead history lives in the CRM hub. Photos and video live in OneDrive. Marked with maroon dots above.
Why it matters
The system remembers Live Oak's voice, homes, and buyers permanently. New content gets smarter over time instead of starting from scratch.
06

The Content Pipeline

The weekly rhythm once everything above is live. One human checkpoint before anything reaches the public.

INPUT
Real Photos In
Job sites, model homes, and finished work land in the OneDrive library.
ENGINE
Drafts & Visuals
Scheduled routines write posts in the Live Oak voice. Higgsfield polishes the visuals.
CHECKPOINT
Team Sign‑Off
Nothing publishes without approval from the social team (Amanda or Lynette) in the content studio.
OUTPUT
Published
Approved posts go to Facebook and Instagram on schedule.
RETURN
Leads Captured
Inquiries flow into the CRM hub, so no interested buyer slips away.

Ownership & Security

Built so Live Oak owns everything from day one. Krate operates the system; Live Oak holds the keys.

Live Oak owns every account
The workspace, the service identity, Higgsfield, Meta, and the CRM hub are all registered to Live Oak, on Live Oak's card.
No shared passwords, ever
Every person has their own login. System credentials live in a managed vault with two‑factor security built in.
Nothing lives on a laptop
Automation runs in Anthropic's cloud. Photos live in OneDrive. If any single computer disappears, nothing breaks.
Clean handoff, any time
If the engagement ever ends, Krate hands over the vault, removes its admin seat, and Live Oak keeps a fully working system.
